Governance
The Foundation is the steward-owner of Oncra B.V., which operates the Oncra certification scheme and registry for carbon removal. The board commits to the same conflict-of-interest rules that bind Oncra's staff, contractors and certification bodies. A board regulation on conflicts of interest (reglement tegenstrijdig belang, article 14 of the articles of association) is published in draft ahead of the board meeting that adopts it: Regulation on conflicts of interest for the Board (draft 1.0, 5 October 2026).
Objective
The purpose of the Foundation is to develop and implement innovative systemic solutions for climate change, in order to restore the balance between ecosystems and people and thus create a safe future and furthermore everything that is related to the above in the broadest sense.
